The house is situated in Villa Mari, a small apartment complex in Del Secco Street which have an exclusive access to the beach. Villa Mari consists of 4 units, each with private spaces and spaces in common. Among them there are a solarium and a living area both with view over the sea. In addiction children can play safely since external areas of Villa Mari are locked from the outside. The unit Lappanu is a wide two-room apartment located on the ground floor with a big kitchen provided with day bed, a master bedroom with an additional bed, a bathroom and a big and comfortable equipped veranda. Both the living room and the master bedroom are air conditioned. Guest are given two bicycles for the period of the stay and a parking space.
