The house is situated into Villa Mari, a small apartment complex in Del Secco Street which have an exclusive access to the beach. Villa Mari consists of 4 units, each with private spaces and spaces in common. Among them there are a solarium and a living area both with view over the sea. In addiction children can play safely since external areas of Villa Mari are locked from the outside. The unit Cicireddu is a two-room apartment on the first floor which has a master bedroom with an added bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a wide equipped veranda from where it is possible to watch the beautiful sea of San Vito. The bedroom is air conditioned. Guests are given for the period of the stay two bicycles and a parking space.
